A teen was killed in a car crash in Marion County Florida. The crash occurred on County Road 42. 17-year-old teen Yesenia Ventura crashed her vehicle overturning several times on the side of the roadway. It was reported that Ventura was not belted in at the time of the crash and was partially thrown from the vehicle. She was reported dead at the scene of the crash. The local Florida officials are investigating the fatal car crash.

A Florida driver was killed in an accident by a woman speeding with a revoked license. The 23-year-old driver Cody Garrick was struck at the intersection at Presidents Dr and Sand Lake Rd by a speeding Nissan Pathfinder driven by 27-year-old Syndia Saint Cyr. A Florida deputy had been following Saint Cyr with lights on and she kept driving and accelerating until she ran a red light crashing into Garrick’s vehicle. Garrick was pronounced dead at the scene of the auto accident by local emergency crews. Saint Cyr was transported to a local hospital and treated for minor injuries. She was later taken into custody and booked into the Orange County Jail. Local Florida authorities are investigating the fatal car accident. Saint Cyr has been cited for many driving violations and was driving on a revoked license at the time of the fatal accident.
